Recommended Oil Type for the Jeep Wrangler

Maintaining the performance and longevity of your Jeep Wrangler’s engine starts with using the right oil. Choosing the proper oil type helps ensure smooth engine operation, better fuel efficiency, and protection from wear and tear. If you’re a Jeep Wrangler owner in Stuart, FL, this guide from Wallace Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, RAM provides everything you need to know about the recommended oil type for your vehicle. more What Is the Recommended Oil Type for the Jeep Wrangler? For most Jeep Wrangler models, the recommended oil type is SAE 5W-20 or SAE 5W-30 full synthetic motor oil, depending on the engine type and model year. Full synthetic oil is engineered to provide better protection, reduce engine wear, and maintain viscosity under extreme temperatures. Here’s a quick reference for common Jeep Wrangler engines: 3.6L Pentastar V6: SAE 5W-20 full synthetic oil 2.0L Turbocharged I4: SAE 5W-30 full synthetic oil Other Engines: Check your owner's manual for specific recommendations. It’s always best to consult your Jeep Wrangler’s owner’s manual or speak with a certified technician at Wallace Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, RAM in Stuart, FL, to confirm the correct oil type for your specific model. Why Use Full Synthetic Oil in Your Jeep Wrangler? Full synthetic oil offers several benefits that make it the preferred choice for Jeep Wrangler owners. Here’s why it’s the smart choice for your engine: High-Temperature Resistance: Synthetic oil performs well in extreme heat, making it ideal for off-road adventures and Florida’s warm climate. Better Lubrication: Full synthetic oil reduces friction and wear on engine components, which extends engine life. Longer Oil Change Intervals: Synthetic oil lasts longer than conventional oil, allowing for extended intervals between oil changes. Cleaner Engine: Full synthetic oil is less likely to form sludge, helping to keep your engine clean and free from harmful deposits. Improved Fuel Economy: By reducing internal friction, synthetic oil can help improve your Jeep Wrangler’s fuel efficiency. How Often Should You Change the Oil in a Jeep Wrangler? The recommended oil change interval for a Jeep Wrangler depends on the type of oil used and driving conditions. When using full synthetic oil, Jeep typically recommends an oil change every 7,500 to 10,000 miles or once every 12 months, whichever comes first. If you frequently drive in severe conditions—like off-roading, stop-and-go traffic, or extreme weather—it’s a good idea to change the oil more often. For personalized advice, consult the service experts at Wallace Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, RAM in Stuart, FL. How Do You Check the Oil in Your Jeep Wrangler? Checking your Jeep Wrangler’s oil level is a quick and simple process that can be done at home. Here’s how to do it: Park on Level Ground: Make sure the vehicle is on a flat surface and the engine is turned off. Open the Hood: Pull the hood release lever inside the vehicle and secure the hood with the safety latch. Locate the Dipstick: Look for the dipstick, which typically has a bright-colored handle for easy identification. Check the Oil Level: Pull out the dipstick, wipe it clean, reinsert it fully, and then remove it again to see the oil level. Inspect the Oil’s Condition: Check for dark, dirty oil or a level below the minimum line—both are signs it’s time for an oil change. If your oil level is low or you’re unsure about the oil’s condition, schedule an oil change with Wallace Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, RAM in Stuart, FL. The New EV Tax Credit Has Many Requirements

There has been a lot of confusion about 2023’s new federal EV tax credit law.  First of all, when it comes to the tax code, many of us find it beyond confusing.  That is why a lot of people rely on tax professionals to help them prepare their annual tax returns.  Well the new EV tax credit won’t disappoint you, it is extremely confusing. more So What Exactly Is The Electric Vehicle Tax Credit? The electric vehicle tax credit is a nonrefundable tax credit. It is offered to taxpayers who purchase a qualifying new electric vehicle or plug-in hybrid vehicle. It can also be used on qualifying used electric vehicles.  A nonrefundable tax credit will lower your tax liability by the credit amount. However, it can only be used to offset taxes owed. If you do not owe taxes and are receiving a refund, you can not use the tax credit.  Taxpayers can only claim one credit per vehicle. The new vehicle EV tax credit is worth up to a total of $7,500. It consists of a $3,750 tax credit for the battery requirement and a $3,750 tax credit for the critical minerals requirement. The new electric vehicle must meet several other qualifications in order to qualify the full EV tax credit. You may also qualify for up to $4,000 tax credit on qualifying used electric vehicles. There is a maximum limit of 30% of the sales price of a used EV. How Will I Know If I Qualify For The Tax Credit? First, the vehicle you are purchasing must qualify for the tax credit.  The vehicle must meet several criteria such as MSRP, final assembly requirements, and battery & critical minerals requirements.  The IRS urges taxpayers to use its tool for the most up to date information on the tax credit and vehicle requirements.  You can now consult the FuelEconomy.gov website for the latest information. The purchaser of the electric vehicle must also qualify for the tax credit.  The new law sets limits on the modified adjusted gross income for taxpayers in order to qualify for the tax credit.  If both the vehicle and the taxpayer meet the requirements for the tax credit, you must file IRS Form 8936 with your tax return to claim the EV tax credit. The 2022 Jeep Compass for sale in Stuart, FL.

2022 Jeep Compass Review, Specs, and Pricing

2022 Jeep Compass Review, Specs, and Pricing The 2022 Jeep Compass for sale is a compact crossover that enjoys the brand's rugged cachet and can be outfitted to actually excel off-road. It fills the space between the smaller Renegade and the slightly larger Cherokee and competes against alternatives such as the Mazda CX-5 and Toyota RAV4. While we've derided the Compass's unremarkable interior in the past, its cabin now has a fresher aesthetic with more modern features. Its apathetic four-cylinder gas engine is also a point of contention, but the possibility of a new plug-in hybrid would give the lineup a powertrain that's becoming more common in this segment. Of course, Jeep's image is based on getting off the beaten path, and the Trailhawk trim is the best equipped to accomplish that. The Cherokee may offer even more capability, but the 2022 Compass is arguably prettier and more affordable. What's New for 2022? For the 2022 model, Jeep is giving the Compass lineup a host of updates that make it more desirable. Along with a revised front end that looks more upscale, its interior benefits from a new dashboard design and a new tablet-style touchscreen infotainment system with the latest Uconnect software. A new Compass Latitude Lux trim level is now available and comes standard with all-wheel drive, a leather interior, and the new larger touchscreen. The lineup could also add a plug-in hybrid that uses the 4xe (pronounced four by E) moniker. Get Pre-Approved Schedule Test Drive Value Your Trade We'd maximize the Compass's value by sticking with the base Sport model. Those who want all-wheel drive, which trades the standard six-speed automatic for a nine-speed, will spend an extra $1500. Along with the Cold Weather package (heated front seats and steering wheel, remote start, and more), we'd choose the Advance Safety and Safety and Security packages. The latter brings a mix of blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, automatic high-beams, and more. Engine, Transmission, and Performance The four-cylinder engine that powers every Compass is lethargic, and the optional nine-speed automatic transmission is slow to execute shifts. All front-wheel models are equipped with a six-speed automatic. Buyers who choose all-wheel drive will enjoy a variety of terrain-conquering drive modes. An automatic setting allows the car to direct torque to the wheels as it sees fit, while Snow, Sand, and Mud modes allow varying amounts of wheelspin for improved traction. Trailhawk models add a low "crawler" gear ratio and a Rock mode, which keeps the Compass in first gear and directs torque only to the wheels that can find grip. The Compass feels more agile than its tall, boxy profile would suggest, responding ably to inputs from the nicely weighted steering wheel. There is some lean during tight cornering, but overall the Compass feels well-controlled, solidly planted, and capable on the road. An off-road course we braved when we first drove the Compass revealed that it can hold its own at least over moderate obstacles, and we noticed nary a stumble from the all-wheel-drive system. The potential 4xe plug-in hybrid will offer an eco-friendly alternative to the regular gas-powered variants. However, we haven't driven or tested that version yet. Get Pre-Approved Schedule Test Drive Value Your Trade Fuel Economy and Real-World MPG Despite running in a class with several smaller vehicles—including some that are only available with front-wheel drive—the Compass is about as efficient as most competitors. The estimates the Compass will earn up to 22 mpg city and 31 highway. If a plug-in-hybrid variant joins the lineup, it will likely get the best gas mileage, and it should also provide a short all-electric driving range. The last gas-fed model we ran on our 75-mph highway fuel-economy route, which is part of our extensive testing regimen, returned 29 mpg. For more information about the Compass's fuel economy, visit the EPA's website. Interior, Comfort, and Cargo With an attractive dashboard and improved features, the 2022 Compass looks to be an improvement versus the previous model year, which was plagued by nondescript styling and unremarkable interior materials. Plus, its interior is comfortable, functional, and has enough space for four adult passengers. The back seat is neither the largest nor the smallest of the crossovers in this diverse class. We still like to think the Jeep Compass has spacious front and rear seats for all to enjoy. Its high seat bottoms in the back seat mean that passengers' legs are fully supported, and even long rides can be comfortable. Despite its boxy exterior and what at first appears to be competitive cargo volume, the Compass is not the roomiest of its set. It has enough luggage space for an airport run but long trips could be a squeeze. The rear seatbacks angle slightly upward when folded, and the last Compass we tested held only 17 carry-on suitcases with the seats stowed. The new 2022 Jeep® Compass' horizontal interior theme is emphasized by a bold Gloss Black center stack that positions either an 8.4-inch or new 10.1-inch (shown) high-definition touchscreen. The 10.1-inch touchscreen, standard on the Latitude LUX, Trailhawk and Limited models, is encapsulated in a bonded glass lens for a seamless, high-tech appearance. All screens prominently display the next-generation Uconnect 5 system and are positioned in the center of the instrument panel to be even more accessible to the driver. Infotainment and Connectivity With the latest Uconnect 5 software and a slick tablet-like touchscreen, the 2022 Compass has a thoroughly modern infotainment system. The standard touchscreen measures 8.4 inches, and a larger 10.1-inch unit is also available. Along with natural voice recognition and navigation, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration are offered on the Compass. Safety and Driver-Assistance Features Jeep offers an impressive array of driver-assistance technology on the Compass. For more information about the Compass's crash-test results, visit the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration ( NHTSA) and Insurance Institute for Highway Safety ( IIHS) websites. Key safety features include: Available automated emergency braking Available adaptive cruise control Available lane-keeping assist Active Drive Control Warranty and Maintenance Coverage The Compass's warranty approximates the coverage provided by several of its competitors, but Kia's extraordinarily long powertrain warranty handily trumps Jeep's powertrain coverage. However, all models do come with three years of free maintenance. 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee driving down Stuart, FL back road after purchased from Wallace Jeep.

2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Review, Pricing, and Specs

2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Review, Pricing, and Specs When you close your eyes and think of a Jeep, it's likely that the rough-and-tumble Wrangler comes to mind, but the Grand Cherokee is every bit as important to the success of the famed off-road brand in terms of sales. Its appeal is bolstered by the fact that it pairs impressive off-road capability with on-road refinement; offers lots of available luxury appointments and features; and has the rugged, outdoorsy look Jeep buyers love. For the 2021 model year, Jeep launched a new generation of the Grand Cherokee but offered the new model only as a the L three-row variant (reviewed separately) alongside the previous generation two-row GC. For the 2022 model year, the Grand Cherokee sheds the old-gen model with the introduction of a two-row body style riding atop the new architecture. What's New for 2022? The two-row Grand Cherokee transitions to a more modern design that's shared with the three-row L variant that launched for the 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee model. Get Pre-Approved Reserve Yours Now Value Your Trade There is also the new 2022 Jeep Wagoneer and Grand Jeep Wagoneer about to roll out any month now across South Florida. Pricing and Which One to Buy Pricing and options haven't been released, so we're estimating prices here based on what limited information Jeep has revealed so far. The Limited model represents the best mix of features for the price and upgrade the base Laredo with enough equipment to satisfy luxury buyers. The Limited comes standard with leather upholstery, a power operated rear liftgate, heated front and rear seats, interior ambient lighting, and much more. Engine, Transmission, and Performance Like the last generation Grand Cherokee, the new one is powered by your choice of either a 3.6-liter V-6 or a 5.7-liter Hemi V-8 engine. Jeep is also preparing to drop its plug-in hybrid 4Xe powertrain into the Grand Cherokee to offer electrification for the first time in its family SUV. Rear-wheel drive will likely continue to be offered as standard, but this being a Jeep, several different all-wheel drive systems are optional. It also boasts a whopping 390 pound feet torque. A Trailhawk model with more-robust off-road equipment and rough-country capability is all but a certainty, although Jeep has not mentioned such a variant just yet. When we get a chance to test the new Grand Cherokee at our test track, we'll update this story with results. On the performance end of the spectrum, we expect Jeep to continue to offer high performance SRT and Trackhawk models, but we review those separately. Fuel Economy and Real-World MPG Fuel economy estimates haven't been released for the new Grand Cherokee yet, but we aren't expecting much to change. The current Grand Cherokee is rated as high as 26 mpg highway for rear-wheel drive V-6 models and as low as 14 mpg city for the all-wheel drive V-8 model. The plug-in hybrid 4Xe should deliver better fuel economy but we'll have to wait for additional details regarding that powertrain. For more information about the Grand Cherokee's fuel economy, visit the EPA's website. Interior, Comfort, and Cargo Space A thoroughly modernized cabin will step in to replace the Grand Cherokee's somewhat dated interior. While base Laredo models will likely offer the essentials, upscale Summit and Overland trims will add luxuries like quilted leather upholstery, open-pore wood trim, and high-tech digital displays. Get Pre-Approved Reserve Yours Now Value Your Trade The Grand Cherokee is strictly a two-row SUV, but buyers seeking a third row can upgrade to the Grand Cherokee L, which we review separately. We haven't had a chance to test the new Grand Cherokee yet, but we expect it to accommodate more of our carry-on suitcases than the previous generation model. Infotainment and Connectivity We haven't seen the inside of the 2022 Grand Cherokee yet, but we expect it to be nearly identical to the 2021 Grand Cherokee L. That will mean all models will come with a 10.1-inch infotainment touchscreen floating just above the surface of the Grand Cherokee's dashboard and offer Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and SiriusXM satellite radio as standard. In-dash navigation with real-time traffic and weather updates will likely be an optional feature and higher-end models are expected to offer wireless connectivity for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. While the Laredo and Limited models should ship with a standard six-speaker stereo, buyers will be able to upgrade to either a nine-speaker Alpine audio setup or a high-end 19-speaker McIntosh arrangement. Safety and Driver Assistance Features Driver assistance features such as pedestrian detection, lane-keeping assist, and semi autonomous driving modes are becoming increasingly important to shoppers, and Jeep is delivering a more comprehensive suite of standard safety tech to satisfy that demand. For more information about the Grand Cherokee's crash-test results, visit the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration ( NHTSA) and Insurance Institute for Highway Safety ( IIHS) websites. Key safety features include: Standard automated emergency braking with pedestrian detection Standard lane departure warning and lane-keeping assist Standard adaptive cruise control Warranty and Maintenance Coverage One of the few things that won't change with the 2022 Grand Cherokee will be its standard warranty package. Rivals such as the Kia Telluride and the Hyundai Santa Fe both offer longer terms here, but the Jeep's warranty lines up with most other rivals, including the Chevrolet Blazer and the Ford Edge. Limited warranty covers 3 years or 36,000 miles Powertrain warranty covers 5 years or 60,000 miles Three years of complimentary scheduled maintenance is included Get Pre-Approved Reserve Yours Now Value Your Trade

All new 2022 Jeep Wagoneer driving down South Florida highway towards Stuart, FL.

2022 Jeep Wagoneer Review, Pricing, and Specs

2022 Jeep Wagoneer Review, Pricing, and Specs Jeep is resurrecting a famous name from its past Wagoneer that will be worn by a new, large family luxury SUV with three roomy rows of seats. Set to take on the likes of the Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban, the Ford Expedition, and the Nissan Armada, the 2022 Wagoneer boasts V-8 power, 10,000 pounds of towing capacity, and a deluxe interior. Speaking of the interior, it's heavy on tech, with up to five available displays, including one that's dedicated to the front passenger. Rear-wheel drive is standard, but we figure most buyers will upgrade to one of the Wagoneer's available four-wheel drive systems; an optional air suspension is also offered and gives the big Jeep even more off-road capability. Looking for something more luxurious? The mechanically similar but much more expensive Grand Wagoneer might better meet those expectations. We review that model separately. What's New for 2022? The Wagoneer is new for Jeep for 2022, but it's hardly a new name for the brand. The Wagoneer name badge first appeared in 1963 alongside that of the luxurious Grand Wagoneer SUV. It was also used on a trim level for versions of the brand's Cherokee and Grand Cherokee models in the 1990s. Get Pre-Approved Schedule Test Drive Value Your Trade Pricing and Which One to Buy From what we know so far, it appears as though the Series II Premium model is the one to get. It adds quite a bit to the bottom line, but for that increase in price buyers will be treated to nicely styled 22-inch wheels, a secondary infotainment display for the front passenger, a dual-screen rear-seat entertainment system, a panoramic sunroof, a self-parking feature, a 360-degree exterior camera system, and a head-up display. Engine, Transmission, and Performance All Wagoneer models come with a 392-hp 5.7-liter V-8 engine which is supported by a 48-volt hybrid system and offers a cylinder deactivation feature to help save fuel. An eight-speed automatic transmission is standard but buyers seeking to unlock the Wagoneer's off-road capabilities will want to add four-wheel drive to their order sheet; rear-wheel drive is standard otherwise. Speaking of four-wheel drive, there are three different systems to choose from, all with varying degrees of capability. Other available off-road features include an adjustable air suspension that can raise the Wagoneer to provide an additional 3.6 inches of ground clearance, and a drive-mode selector system which includes sand/mud, snow, and rock modes. Both rear- and four-wheel drive variants of the Wagoneer will be rated to tow up to 10,000 pounds. Fuel Economy and Real-World MPG The EPA hasn't released any estimates for the Wagoneer's fuel economy yet, nor have we had the chance to test the SUV on our 75-mph highway fuel economy route. We'll update this story when we have more info to share. For more information about the Wagoneer's fuel economy, visit the EPA's website. Get Pre-Approved Schedule Test Drive Value Your Trade Interior, Comfort, and Cargo A spacious three-row cabin can be equipped with seating for up to eight in the Wagoneer but opting for second-row captain's chairs reduces seating to seven. The cabin design looks rich and features plenty of standard luxury items, such as leather upholstery, 12-way power adjustable front seats, ambient interior lighting, and three-zone automatic climate control. Buyers seeking the ultimate in luxury will want to pony up for the more expensive Grand Wagoneer, but we think most will find the offerings in the regular Wagoneer suitably upscale. Cargo space should be generous, particularly with the third row folded, but we won't know for sure until we can get a Wagoneer into our office for testing. Infotainment and Connectivity The interior of the Wagoneer is covered extensively by screens, with a 10.1-inch infotainment display taking center stage and a 10.3-inch digital gauge display offering readouts for the driver. Even the front-seat passenger can have their own display—an optional 10.3-inch unit integrated into the dashboard that provides access to navigation and entertainment functions. The Uconnect 5 software interface allows users to access all sorts of features including Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, SiriusXM satellite radio, integrated navigation, Amazon FireTV and Alexa, and a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot. Buyers of the top-spec Series III models will enjoy a 19-speaker stereo system developed with high-end audio equipment specialist McIntosh. Safety and Driver Assistance Features The Wagoneer comes standard with several desirable driver assistance features, including adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, and pedestrian detection. For more information about the Wagoneer's crash-test results, visit the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) websites. 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer driving down the road

2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer Review, Pricing, and Specs

2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer Review, Pricing, and Specs As a lifestyle brand that thrives on rugged imagery and serious off-road capability, Jeep enters uncharted territory with the luxury aspirations of the new 2022 Grand Wagoneer. Unlike its more mainstream counterpart, the Jeep Wagoneer (reviewed separately), the Grand version has the upscale content to compete with large luxury SUVs that feature six-figure price tags. With a 471-hp V-8 and standard four-wheel drive, the big Jeep is as powerful as it is capable. Inside its upscale cabin, standard three-row seating means room for the whole family, and an abundance of high-tech features is sure to keep everyone entertained. Along with all the latest and greatest driver assists as well as the ability to tow almost 10,000 pounds, the 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer looks to conquer an entirely new frontier: high-priced luxury motoring. What's New for 2022? Jeep resurrects the Grand Wagoneer moniker for 2022, positioning it as a more luxurious version of the also-all-new Wagoneer. Get Pre-Approved Reserve Yours Now Value Your Trade Pricing and Which One to Buy The Series II trim level looks to be the best value among the Grand Wagoneer lineup, which can easily exceed six figures. The Series II comes standard with 22-inch wheels, a two-tone roof, a 10.3-inch touchscreen for the front passenger, nicer leather-trimmed upholstery, a rear-seat monitoring system, and additional driver assists such as night vision and a semi-autonomous drive mode. Engine, Transmission, and Performance The Grand Wagoneer is motivated by a 6.4-liter V-8 that pairs with an eight-speed automatic transmission and standard four-wheel drive. The engine generates 471 horsepower and 455 horsepower, which is more than both the 420-hp Escalade and the 450-hp Navigator. Of course, those who want an even mightier large luxury SUV should direct their attention towards the 483-hp Mercedes-Benz GLS580 or the 523-hp X7 BMW M50i. As with its domestic rivals, the Grand Wagoneer utilizes body-on-frame underpinnings, in this case derived from the Ram 1500 pickup truck. However, the Jeep features an independent rear suspension rather than the truck's solid rear axle, which should give the SUV a smoother ride and better handling. Along with several four-wheel-drive systems, the Grand Wagoneer offers an adaptive air suspension that can raise its ride height up to 3.6 inches or lower it by a half inch. It also boasts 10 inches of ground clearance, up to two feet of water-fording capability, and a max tow rating of 9860 pounds. Fuel Economy and Real-World MPG With a 6.4-liter V-8 and standard four-wheel drive, the 2022 Grand Wagoneer isn't expected to be frugal when it comes to fuel economy. Once Jeep announces its EPA ratings and we have the chance to run one on our 75-mph highway route, which is part of our extensive testing regimen, we can evaluate the SUV's real-world mpg. For more information about the Grand Wagoneer's fuel economy, visit the EPA's website. Interior, Comfort, and Cargo With standard three-row seating and space for either seven or eight passengers, the Grand Wagoneer provides large families an opportunity to live the Jeep lifestyle, which hasn't been possible since the old and unloved Commander was around. A pair of second-row captain's chairs are standard, but a bench seat is available for maximum passenger capacity. As the luxury version of the regular Wagoneer, its cabin is loaded with elegant environs, such as genuine wood accents, and high-tech features, such as a 12.3-inch fully digital gauge cluster. The interior also boasts "Easter eggs" inspired by the original Grand Wagoneer, including an old-school-inspired two-spoke steering wheel and an "EST. 1963" inscription that appears on the edge of the dashboard when you open the door. Along with customizable ambient interior lighting, this grandest of Wagoneers offers a head-up display, a camera-fed rearview mirror, and rear-seat monitoring system that displays a video feed onto the central touchscreen. The cargo area behind the third row measures 27 cubic feet and stowing it provides 71 cubes behind the second row. Infotainment and Connectivity One of the most dazzling aspects of the Grand Wagoneer is its multifaceted infotainment system. Even without including the digital gauge cluster, the Jeep's dashboard is covered in screens. The main focus is the center stack, which packs a 12.0-inch center touchscreen that sits above a 10.3-inch touchscreen with controls for the HVAC system. Starting on the Series II, there's yet another 10.3-inch touchscreen for the front-seat passenger. Desirable standard features include a subscription-based Wi-Fi hotspot, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and USB ports in all three rows. Second-row passengers are also treated to another 10.3-inch touchscreen between the captain's chairs; opting for the rear-seat entertainment system adds a pair of 10.1-inch touchscreens. Every Grand Wagoneer has a powerful McIntosh stereo, but the Series II and up get a more powerful 1375-watt unit with 23 speakers. Get Pre-Approved Reserve Yours Now Value Your Trade Safety and Driver-Assistance Features Not only is the Grand Wagoneer fitted with a suite of standard driver-assistance technology, the luxury SUV is available with an equally wide array of additional assists. These include adaptive cruise control, a self-parking function, and night vision with pedestrian and animal detection. A semi-autonomous mode that allows hands-free driving will also eventually be offered. For more information about the Jeep's crash-test results, visit the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration ( NHTSA) and Insurance Institute for Highway Safety ( IIHS) websites. Key safety features include: Standard forward-collision warning and automated emergency braking Standard blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert Standard lane-departure warning and lane-keeping assist Warranty and Maintenance Coverage Jeep currently offers a competitive albeit unremarkable limited and powertrain warranty. However, the company does give all models three years of free maintenance. Limited warranty covers three years or 36,000 miles Powertrain warranty covers five years or 60,000 miles Complimentary maintenance is covered for three years and unlimited miles
